Overview

Penfold is a rapidly growing B2B/C-focused pension provider with a small marketing team (Head of Marketing, CRM Manager, Marketing Executive) and no dedicated in-house design resource.

Currently, design work is split between DIY Figma output and external freelancers, resulting in inconsistent quality, limited capacity, and a lack of cohesive brand evolution.

They require ongoing support across sales collateral, website imagery, social graphics, reports (including longer-form documents such as 20-page reports), blog assets, and motion/video editing.

There is also a desire to improve brand cohesion across channels, align design with evolving messaging, and gradually expand into more video-led content, particularly to support B2B acquisition and short-term tax year-end campaigns.

The priority is flexible, reliable design capacity that can handle both larger projects and ad-hoc requests, while helping consolidate and elevate the brand without undertaking a full rebrand

The trial month is a one-month committment with no cancellation period. The minimum committment for a full-time subscription is three-months with 30 days cancellation notice.
