Overview

The team is currently managing design through a combination of an external contractor and internal Canva usage, which has led to inconsistencies, limited visibility across projects, and bottlenecks due to competing priorities. They have recently refreshed their brand guidelines and are now focused on rolling these out consistently across all marketing collateral, including brochures, exhibition stands, print ads, web banners, social graphics, presentations, and business materials. A key complexity is localisation across nine regions and multiple languages, significantly increasing asset volume and requiring an efficient workflow for versioning and translation. They are seeking a more structured, transparent, and scalable design solution that improves brand cohesion, streamlines collaboration across head office, and provides reliable daily design capacity with flexibility for both ongoing updates and more sophisticated event and print work.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The trial month is a one-month committment with no cancellation period. The minimum committment for a full-time subscription is three-months with 30 days cancellation notice.
