Link Digital is a fast-growing, 20-person digital and web agency that needs reliable, high-quality creative support for social, paid media (Meta, Google/PMax, Amazon), and general digital assets, without the volume to justify a full-time hire or further overloading their web design team. Their core challenges include inconsistent ad creative quality (especially image-to-video/GIF-to-MP4 outputs), limited in-house capacity for day-to-day campaign assets, gaps in editing and repurposing internally shot video, improving poor manufacturer/stock imagery, and strengthening loose or incomplete brand guidelines across clients. Hatchly will act as their dedicated, on-demand creative partner, providing a consistent design team and a structured request-and-review workflow via our dashboard to deliver well-crafted social and ad creatives, video edits, motion graphics, and brand-led assets in predictable daily sprints—helping them increase creative output, maintain quality, and avoid work falling through the gaps while their account managers retain control over briefs, priorities, and client expectations.

The trial month is a one-month committment with no cancellation period. The minimum committment for a full-time subscription is three-months with 30 days cancellation notice.
